Our Polyurethane Foam Boards consist of high-density rigid cellular polyurethane block designed to support structural loads with minimal deflection, while also providing excellent building insulation properties by reducing thermal transfer between a building’s insulation envelop without thermal bridging at the base of a wall. We can provide a wide range of compressive strengths from 350psi to 2100psi depending on your needs. We will cut-to-size and pre-drill to your specifications and we can even provide anchor-bolt holes for quick and easy installation at your project. Some common applications include cold storage facilities, chiller tanks, roof equipment, under precast and tilt-up concrete walls or anywhere a structural steel member penetrates the wall insulation envelope. Will not rot, decompose, or promote steel corrosion.
